Mark has worked for Provo City for 5 years. Mark originally started out as a Planning Technician while completing his master's degree and is now working as a City Planner in the Community Development Department. Mark performs a variety of tasks including subdivision review, conditional use permits, ordinance amendments, and long range planning. Mark enjoys interacting with the public and his outstanding coworkers. Mark is married with five children.

Kristen Craft x6630Kristen has worked for Provo City for 9+ years. Her time with the city began during high school when she worked for the Parks and Recreation Department as a part time snack shack worker. In March of 2001 she was hired full time by Provo City Fire Department. She transferred to the Facility Services Division in October 2008 where she currently works as an Office Specialist and assistant to Dick Blackham. She loves working for Provo City and looks forward to many more years of working with such an exceptional group of people. Kristen enjoys cooking, all sorts of crafts and last summer the entire family found a great love for canyoneering in the mountains of Southern Utah.

Jenny has worked for Provo City for 8 years. She is an Office Specialist in the Fire Department. She enjoys her work helping the citizens of Provo and assisting the Fire Department. She reviews reports, accounting items, payroll, inventory, assists the Deputy Chief, Fire Marshal's office, Battalion Chiefs and does whatever else she can to help the department. She was the 2005 Employee of the Year and has also been the Employee Association Secretary. She does volunteer work with the Utah Food Co-op and The International Rescue Committee. he is married with two boys.

Sharon Isaacson x6656Sharon has worked for the Provo City Library since 1992. She started out in the Children's department in the old library located where the Covey Center is now. After moving to the Academy Library, Sharon worked in circulation and became Circulation Supervisor 4 years ago. She enjoys that title and loves her job. She feels that she has the best staff and that they all work hard to make the library books easily accessible to the many patrons that visit the library. Last year the library circulated 1,750,000 books which means on thing to Sharon, Provo is reading. She is married with 4 beautiful children. Sharon was born and raised in Provo, lives close to work, and feels that Provo is the best place to live, learn, shop, work, and play.
Parks and Recreation
Shellianne White x6604 Shellianne White has been a Provo City employee for 4 1/2 years. She graduated with her B.S. in Parks and Recreation from Utah State University and worked in northern Utah for three years before accepting her current job as the Provo City Recreation Supervisor over sports leagues and programs. Shellianne loves all forms of recreation and is happy to work in a field where she can provide recreation opportunities for others. She is a member of the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA), the Utah Recreation and Parks Association (URPA), and the Central Utah Recreation and Parks Association (CURPA). Shellianne is also currently serving as the CURPA secretary and recently completed the requirements to become a Certified Park and Recreation Professional.
